"The older lady who checked us in was so nice. She was like a grandma. There was a confusion about our reservation. In the end she gave us keys to the available rooms and we picked from there. "The hotel is in a very good location in Busan. It also had a small parking area next to the reception. The room that we had was spacious, however the bathroom had a corner bath with an overhead shower with no curtain rail so the floor got wet if you weren't careful. The main shopping street is just around the corner from the hotel and the Lotte shopping centre is a few minutes walk away. Go to the top floor where there is a free observation deck and garden which offers great views of the city...
