This is a great spot to set as your home base and then go off with a Grab car or whatever.
There is an excellent place to eat breakfast that is across the road and on the opposite corner of the block. We went there each day.
This hotel is perfectly fine and ticks all the boxes. We didn’t spend much time there except for sleeping.

The property was always immaculately maintained and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is set back from 2nd road which made it quiet and peaceful, but also being conveniently close enough to multiple restaurants, massage shops, and shopping-it’s a short walk to the iconic Terminal 21 mall and it’s right next door to Tiffany’s Show. It’s also on the Baht Bus route so it was easy to hop on one and catch a ride to Beach Road. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to any friends or family who visit Pattaya.
