We had a lovely stay. The staff were friendly and the inn was very clean and well maintained. Every need was met and even some we didn’t know we needed like the warm chocolate chip cookies every afternoon. The breakfast had a good variety and everything was fresh and delicious. Loved the Chapman House and it’s partner property The Regatta where you go for breakfast. Great that they provide towels, umbrellas and chairs for the beach. Fantastic location walkable to Nantucket restaurants, shops, Jetties Beach and the shuttle to Madaket.

A nice hotel but don’t stay in the basement room. Our toilet backed up and the shower would not drain. Our “patio” was super tiny, not even big enough for a chair. The breakfast was good and the common areas were lovely.

The Chapman House was a fantastic stay. Clean and comfortable. However, the stay was very loud. Our room was right near the main door — additionally, there is a lot of construction going on right next door as they’re rebuilding an Inn that burnt down.
