Good value & great location
This condo is in an excellent spot. Minutes from Marco Island and other Naples highlights. Really nice lanai with view of the gold course. The landlord was great - helpful and responsive. We would stay here again.

I stayed at this comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in a quiet complex very close to Marco Island for the month of March. Unit on the 1st floor and close to very nice pool. Lots of beach towels and 2 beach chairs. Close to Tigertail beach on Marco. Check in was very easy and Christian was very responsive. Carpet in needs to be cleaned or replaced and twin beds need to be replaced. Queen bed in master was comfortable. Would rent this unit again.

Enjoyed our stay. Bed was very comfortable. Great location, halfway between shopping and restaurants in Naples and Marco Island. Very friendly neighborhood. Owner was very accommodating.

Needs updating, service terrible and charged double for cleaning
We are still in dispute with the owner who charged us double for cleaning fees and we should be the one receiving a cleaning fee from him as the carpeting was very dirty, the dishwasher did not work, refrigerator was making weird noises, tub in master drain was not working properly, coffee maker was from the 80's- quit working and there was no toaster in the unit. The overall development property was good but the unit was not. We have stayed in a number of VRBO places around the world and this was one of the worse ones and then to be charged an extra cleaning fee is ridicules. We would not recommend this unit to anyone - more to come as we will post more in the future about this unit.

Very clean upon arrival. Beds were comfortable. It was great having an in unit washer and dryer. Pool was very close you the building. Friendly neighbors. The owner was very easy you work with. Very conveniently located and just a few miles from Marco Island.
