"The Nebu Lodge cancelled our reservation and we were not allowed to stay at their hotel. We called to confirm on the afternoon of our reservation and were advised that they had no space available and that they had notified us by email on Saturday. We did not receive an email, nor did the guest in room 2. We did not make the reservation on Saturday! We should not be charged for this room. the only email we received was the one from hotels.com advising us that our reservation was confirmed...

"WORST WORST PROPERTY This is the worst property I've ever come across, i booked online through Expedia and when i got there the building was so Dirty, looked abandoned and no one was available to assist or anything leave alone to check-in, i never checked-in in since there was no one around and their phone numbers dont even go through,i had to look for another accommodation and honestly this was hectic and very inconvenient for me ,mg whole vacations was ruined and i felt conned off my 128$...

"Maji Moto Cultural camp was one of the highlights of our trip. Seloton, Susan, Rose and the whole team made us feel like family and welcomed us with smiles. The camp facilities are simple (you’re deep in the bush after all) but extremely clean and well maintained. The optional Olpul bush camping experience involved camping out under the stars and a traditional goat sacrifice ceremony which was authentic and will be something we tell our future kids about!"
