"出張のため、12泊しました。セキュリティも良く、安心して過ごせました。スタッフも多く、いつも掃除を心がけ、キレイです。週末は、中央にプールがあり、家族連れも多いことから、音楽と話し声でかなり騒々しいです"

Hotel cancelled reservation without contacting us.
"The Nebu Lodge cancelled our reservation and we were not allowed to stay at their hotel. We called to confirm on the afternoon of our reservation and were advised that they had no space available and that they had notified us by email on Saturday. We did not receive an email, nor did the guest in ..."
