Our 4 bedroom 4 bathroom unit is fantastic for groups! Each bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom with a shower. The unit includes a full kitchen and the layout is as follows.
Main Level: Kitchen, living room (with sleeper sofa)
Bedroom #1 Qty 2 twin size bunk beds. En-suite bathroom with shower.
Bedroom #2 Qty 1 Queen size bunk bed. En-suite bathroom with shower.
Bedroom #3 Qty 2 Twin size beds. En-suite bathroom with shower.
Upstairs:
Bedroom #4 Qty 1 King size bed. En-suite bathroom with shower.
There is a shared washer and dryer in the complex.
We are also right next door to a gym. Orange Theory!
Guest will have 24 hour access with our keyless entry lock. This means you will not have to share a key to your group, just a code!
We are local and will be available at any time, but will not be at the property unless needed.
We are located in the heart of East Nashville! You have amazing restaurants and bars all around you including directly across the street. You are very close to Starbucks, grocery stores and parks. Really anything you need is within walking distance or a very short drive!
You can walk to many places but if you choose to uber or lyft they are available 24hrs a day and are typically a very short wait.
If you are driving a car, we have 10 first come first serve spots available for parking.
Would you like a Nashville recording artist to come play a private set? We can have one come to our home for y'all! His name is Noah Alan and you can find his original music on all platforms!

Please note, we ONLY PROVIDE a starter set of any guests amenities. This includes but is not limited to:
2-Toilet paper rolls per bathroom
2- Rolls of paper towels
1- Cleaning sponge
1- travel sized bar soap and shampoo
A handful of K cups or small bag of grounds
We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150
1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.
