Beautiful 4 -bedroom home only 6-10 minutes from downtown depending on traffic. Quick Uber/Lyft ride into town. Can see the Nashville skyline from the driveway. Guest loves staying here. Comfortable beds. Enough room for the entire family and perfect for small gatherings.
Conveniently located 5 miles from the heart of downtown. Calming view of the Nashville Skyline at night from the driveway. 3 bedrooms and bonus room with living room suite. 2 1/2 bath with full bath in Master w/ Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. You have the entire house to yourself.

Spacious 3-4bedroom home with bonus room used for extra sleeping space. There is a full kitchen, 1 king size bed in master bedroom, 1 full size bed in bedroom, and a full bed in bedroom 3, and king size bed plus couch in bonus room. 2 full baths upstairs and a half bath downstairs.

This house was very nice and we enjoyed our stay so much. The house is well taken care of and maintained. We were about 10 minutes from Broadway that was so nice with getting Ubers to pick us up. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Nashville again.

House served it purpose, plenty of bedrooms. It was close to down town as I would want to be. We sat at the table to visit when we were at the house, because only one couch in living room. Overall very nice stay with newer appliances.

Excellent stay in charming home
This is a lovely home on the north end of Nashville. We rented it while we went to a baseball tournament in Gallatin which was attended by family coming in from several direction. The house had everything we needed and it was clean and comfortable. We really liked the kitchen - it was highly functional. The decor is modern and we loved the lighting fixtures. This may be our best stay in Nashville yet!

Perfect for sweet 16 party
The house was the PERFECT space for 3 mamas and 5 teens! All the moms had their own rooms and the room above the garage was perfect for the teenagers to hang out together in privacy. The owner was easy to contact and everything was clean!
