The other two bedrooms offer plush queen beds, and there’s a fun ping pong table on the huge porch. In the backyard, you’ll find a small deck and a grill for outdoor fun!

Perfect place to stay
The house really was perfect and we loved staying here for my bachelorette party. The master bedroom is huge and the shower is huge. The closed in porch was perfect for morning coffee and the backyard was super cute! The only issue we ran into was there were so many ants in the kitchen.

Great Property in a close location to downtown
We rented this property for a few days surrounding a college football game at Vanderbilt. The property is in good condition and in a very close and convenient location to downtown. The only minor issue is that the listing seems to indicate there is a separate room with a queen fold out couch, but it is actually the great room. It's a bit misleading as we thought each of the couples who came with us would have a private space, but we worked it out. I would edit the description to make this more clear, but otherwise we had a wonderful experience. The house was clean, well appointed, and even had a very nice outdoor area. We would definitely consider renting this house again.

Great location and short Uber ride for a girls weekend😁All amenities are in kitchen that are needed. Could use a deep cleaning (vents and baseboards) otherwise would definitely stay again. Also need a shelf in master shower for product/soap, etc...

Stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette party. This house was perfect and just what we were looking for. It’s located in a cute little neighborhood with quick Uber/Lyft rides to downtown. Listing as described. Our only complaint was the water pressure in the master bedroom was touch and go if the adjacent shower was being used at the same time.

Great Nashville Home
Property was exactly as advertised. Bedding was comfortable and plenty of clean linens were provided. Easy walk to Bicentennial State Capital Park for "Nashville's Big Bash" concert. Ubers were quick and easy to get downtown to the Honky Tonks Broadway. (even walkable if you have a nice day and enjoy walks) Owners were responsive to questions and graciously accommodated our needs. We loved our visit to Nashville and the property perfectly was a perfect fit for what we needed.

Perfect weekend
Great property. Perfect for our group. Spacious and clean. We did not do a lot of cooking, but enjoyed being able to have coffee and breakfast together before heading out on adventures. Our only concerns were when wanting to watch morning news or a Sunday night football game, we could not keep the wifi connected. Otherwise, perfect house for a perfect weekend.

Great space for indoor and outdoor activities. Little issues with not knowing ahead of time that we needed sponges and other cleaning supplies. Definitely recommend moving the carpet upstairs in the master as everyone kept tripping on it or the door kept getting caught.

Great location and within walking distance to the Farmers Market, grocery stores, restaurants, and museum. You could walk to Broadway, but it would be a longer walk and you’d have to cross a few busy highways. The house was in a very quiet neighborhood with a private parking area for two vehicles behind. House was beautifully decorated and stocked with plenty of soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, bath towels and wash clothes, and cooking utensils/cookware. We loved the screened in porch!!! Got to enjoy some fireworks downtown from the porch, too!

The kitchen was well stocked with various cooking utensils & the screened in patio is beautiful. We enjoyed drinking our coffee out there each morning. The beds were extremely comfortable.My only recommendation would be some sort of blind in the master bedroom window......the sun comes in there bright and early.Trips to downtown were very easy and Uber’s were there within 1 to 2 minutes.
