My family and I love this Gaylord location! The property is safe, clean, convenient, and I can keep going. The staff is wonderful and we look forward to booking again soon! Especially during the winter holidays!

The hotel is very nice! However, unless you happen to run into a manager, forget customer service. It was almost useless asking most of the employees for directions. They were clueless, not helpful and should be encouraged to explore the property on their breaks. There are far too many foreigners employed who does not fully understand the English language. The bathroom in our atrium room was very cramped and almost non-functional with the shower door and bathroom door being so tightly positioned. Beds and pillows were sub par and not comfortable either. The food was great, but there was no variety in non alcoholic drinks at any of the outlets. We were thankful for Rob, Jenine, (Gueat services), Vernell, and Willie at the front desk. They made our stay more enjoyable.

The hotel was unbelievably loud. The housekeeping did not come wven though we asked them to come each day. We could not sleep it was so loud. For as much as we paid we were expecting a better experience. I will say the ICE show was magical, the location was great. The gardens were beautiful. Just reall disappointed with how loud it all was when we were trying to sleep.

Place was great , daughter loved it. Food at steakhouse was phenomenal. Room was missing so not disturbed sign, we asked for one from room attendant and she said no. I can't stand when my door gets knocked on early on check out day. That was only hiccup.

Valet parking and check in was very good and easy. The decor was beautiful. Everything else was not good. We had to walk a very long time down halls to get to our room. It was a very small room, for almost $500.00 , I was extremly disappointed in it. I mean this was a resort that we saved up for to enjoy. The room had a few issues , toilet seat would not stay up and an oder, like burnt? We walked and walked around the areas, Delta, cascades, magnolia and did not one time find an employee to help us with directions, never being there before it was very confussing and frustrating. We ate dinner at the Cascades restaurant, chicken was delicious, potatoes ice cold , green beans ice cold, $110.00 was not a good deal for what we got. Wanted to ride the horse drawn wagons but the rude driver said had to have a ticket, fine, where do we get a ticket? Sorry , sold out for the night. All in all a bummer of a trip that was a gift from my husband for Christmas. I wanted it to be so good and wonderful, I just had higher expectations from a resort?
