The elegant, modern design showcases stainless steel appliances and pops of color in each room. This house is located in East Nashville, in close proximity to unique shops and restaurants. Along with the bright colors, this house also has a Nashville flair and is sure to make you feel right at home! With this convenient location, you can Uber or Lyft to Broadway or the Gulch within 15 minutes!

Layout:
This home is three levels featuring a primary suite with a queen bed, with an en suite bathroom. The second upstairs bedroom has two queen beds with an en suite bathroom as well. The first level bedroom has one queen bed (no attached bathroom on this level).
Parking:
Please park in the attached garage where there is room for 2 vehicles or for 1 large truck/SUV.
The Neighborhood:
If you were looking for a laid-back, artsy section of Music City, you came to the right place. East Nashville is one of the coolest sections of the city and is a great place to stay. This historic neighborhood is a hub of arts, local music, award-winning dining, and craft beer. The east side is just across the river from downtown, and it's the perfect place to find local music, craft beer, boutique shopping, and incredible food.
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.
Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.

Additionally, I agree that the rental agreement must be signed and Safely guest screening must be completed within 3 days, otherwise my stay will be cancelled.
