Our huge 4 bedroom townhome is a great base for your large group. We have tons of sleeping space and areas to lounge and hangout after a night out.You can walk to 12th South, The Gulch and Edgehill Village and only a five minute uber to Broadway!

* We work with a local Nashville Recording Artist who will come play a private acoustic set at the townhome for 2hrs for an additional fee.

Brother's 50th Bday
The house was exactly as described. The kitchen was very well appointed. The roof patio was a nice place to relax after a night on Broadway. The beds were super comfortable. Shout out to Kami the property manager, she was very prompt with all communication. The house was vacant the night before our stay so she allowed us an early check-in. This was our first, but not last group trip to Nashville, and we will not hesitate to rent this property again.
