Our stay at the Gallatin exceeded our expectations. We arrived early and were able to check in early. The complimentary coffee, water, and sparkling water in the lobby were a nice treat. The bed was very comfortable and the whole place was exceptionally clean. We weren't sure what to expect in the surrounding area but it was quite walkable with plenty of excellent bar and restaurant options. We will definitely be back!

However the cleanliness needs a huge step up because the carpets are so filthy and the walls are dingy with either dirt spots or paint chips. Just needs touching up to reach its full potential. Everything else was good. Location is amazing all my Lyfts were less than 10 bucks.

The property is nice in some ways. They have a great coffee machine in the lobby. I hated that the queen bed had entry from only one side (plus the bottom) and was up against a wall. Also, we were below grade, which came as a rude surprise.

This was the best hotel experience I have had. I could hardly believe all of the 5-star reviews I read before I got here, and now I am among them. The hotel was so fun and vibrant. It was also very clean, very accessible, parking was so easy, and the hotel management was EASILY reachable via text. I can't wait to come back to Nashville just so I can stay here again. Highly recommend!
