Germantown is the ultimate neighborhood for those who want to be in the heart of Nashville. You're mere minutes to downtown (2 miles to lower Broadway), but in Germantown itself, you are a literal stone's throw from some of the best food, drinks, and fun in Nashville.
Less than a mile from your door are some of our FAVORITE restaurants in all of Nashville- Fifth and Taylor and Rolf and Daughters are the perfect spots to have a special night with your group, and both have beautiful outdoor seating areas. Henrietta Red, City House, and The Optimist are other favorites among locals and visitors alike.
If you need a coffee fix or a spot to grab brunch/breakfast, Steadfast Coffee and Barista Parlour are nearby and ready to welcome you first thing in the a.m., all the way through the day.
For those into sightseeing, you'll love the proximity to the Tennessee Capitol Building, Tennessee State Museum, the Nashville Farmer's Market, First Tennessee Park to take in a Nashville Sounds baseball game, or take in a show at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center.

You certainly don't *need* a car at this location, and can rely totally on ride share apps and walking. Should you be traveling by car, we do have three driveway spots where you're welcome to park. Additionally, there is free street parking around the home.
Nashville has several transportation options available and rideshares, such as Uber and Lyft, are readily available in the area.
