"Beautiful property and rooms. Checkin and checkout service was excellent. Dining is next to the Nile which has beautiful views. "The hotel lobby was beautiful and was being renovated. Beautiful tranquil paintings adored the walls. In the room, the shower hose had a hole so they replaced the hose and the shower head - it was great. Unfortunately the phone wasn't working but they allowed us to check out late with no charge for the inconvenience of both. The included breakfast was varied and filling - we couldn't finish it all. "I enjoyed my stay at The Marina Aqua Park Hotel, the room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was very friendly. Also there is a waterpark in the back of the hotel, we didn't get to use it since we went in December, it seemed closed, there was a chair blocking the slide. It is very quiet around the hotel, which we was a great contrast to the hustle bustle we experienced in the other cities. The area around the hotel is still undergoing development and construction, so for food options...

"On our first night, we were assigned a room that had a toxic construction smell, a leaking shower door sill, and a broken sliding door to the balcony. While I appreciate the prompt response and the room change the following day, it was quite disappointing to encounter such conditions initially. It seems that the room's issues should have been identified before assigning it to guests. We appreciated staff's willingness to address our concerns and apologize for the situation. "
