"Very nice location, the staffing are not friendly the room I was in I see ants around the sink in the bathroom also by night lamp otherwise the view was beautiful I can see when the ships are coming in and out."

"The hotel is right across the street from the beach. It’s a quick walking distance to every thing from the hotel. I had the pool side terrace room facing the ocean it was cute. I ate breakfast at the restaurant at the hotel it was cool. "

"The resort staff are all super friendly and extremely accommodating. We would return again in the future just to experience the excellence of the staff. Housekeeping does an amazing job cleaning the rooms daily. The beds are comfortable and the main pool is interesting with the sand base coming into the walk-in. The lagoon beach is nice and the Oceanside beach is beautiful and you can snorkel out for a long way, but you won’t see any tropical fish. To improve, they need a hot tub and a better restaurant on property. Our door would stick badly and facilities fixed it immediately. The gas stoves didn’t lite in the kitchenette and the bathtub was really dated. Overall, I would highly recommend staying and I’m not easy to please. "

"This is a beautiful property. Traditional Bahamian/British decor. Elegant but comfortable. It’s nice to watch the cruise ships come and go from the beach or pool. Centrally located to downtown shopping and restaurants. Professional staff. Good entertainment on Saturday night. "

Food was great everywhere but sugar factory - food was cheap quality and honestly inedible (service slow but staff very kind). The food literally every other place was great - even the poolside bars.
