"A great family spot. I loved the fire pits and lawn games provided. The activities and theme nights were great for children and families. I was impressed the bedding had waterproof mattress pads . The staff was very receptive to our needs.There was an issue with a shower door and maintenance came out within. 15 mins although this was late evening. There was an issue with insects ( NOT bed bugs) in one of our rooms. And the staff immediately responded, upgraded and moved us."

"Overall the stay was good only issue was trying to check in. One of the front desk worker was extremely rude and was not helpful at all. I provided first name last name and confirmation number and she couldn’t find it and insisted we did have a reservation. It wasn’t until another worked got freed up and came over and helped and was able to find the reservation quick."

"The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. And I have bad back problems so that's very important to me. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The hotel is right in the heart of the shopping area as well as the restaurants. It's also close to the amusement park. I'm sure we'll stay there again."
