I booked a 5 night stay at Rum Runners and absolutely loved the property. Chin at the front desk made check in a breeze. Bed and linens were very comfortable!! The entire staff was so helpful and amazing! Michael at the bar was top notch, chef chin and chef taylor absolutely delicious local cooking! My favorites were the oxtail, curry goat and the curry chicken. Sammy in housekeeping does an amazing job keeping the room fresh. Omar is the security on the property and is top notch. The pool was very clean!! This is a real Jamaican Vibe!!

Very nice staff. Best cleaning lady ever! Didn't have supplies in restaurant. Clean rooms, pool, dining area. Breakfast of eggs, bacon, toast, coffee or juice included (no jelly.) Bar was extremely expensive $10/mixed drink. They got us an upgrade on the refrigerator for free.😁

Property is beautiful, not on beach but a short walk away. Many dining options within walking distance. Food on premises was very good. Staff were amazing, Marsha, Michael and Joe in the bar, kitchen and Jason at front desk were very helpful!

The place has Great potential, just a lot of work to be done to get it up to par. TBH, they started operation just 4 month when i went there so, with more improvement to structure and landscaping, it should move to 4 stars

The property does not have a clear bold entrance poster in order to find it you have to check the positioning of another property across the road on the map. -The front desk person was accepting with good attitude, but information that was not given on the app about a holding/ damage fee would be a plus so that persons can be aware. -The breakfast when leaving could not be found whereas these information can be given by the front desk clerk. Early checkout was not possible as there was no one at the entrance gate nor front desk at 7:30am. Ambiance outside bathroom window was messy The doors need a bit sound proof and fixing as if any activities of persons in other rooms was loud, whether knocking, fuss, intimacy etc are loud. Lock unstable on door, need safety measure inside to secure doors. -Room need ventilation and air refreshener as there's a moldy smell. -No TV common/other channels were accessible. Overall I would give the property a 5/10 just for the bathroom as it's new with hot water.

The manager greeted us politely and ask us to refer any problems we have. Staff was humble respectful and mannerable. The property is small and quiet. I would recommend. The room was spotless beds were neatly done sheets were clean.i will be back

Blood stains in the sheets, no toilet paper, dirty floor, you can hear everything happening in the next room.

I didn't like that after travelling for hours we couldn't find the place because the sign was hard to see from the road. We stopped at another resort and asked where it was and the people had never heard of it. Also, there was an issue with the water at the resort, therefore we weren't able to shower prior to our evening outing. The only good thing was the free breakfast.

First I couldn’t find the property the number Expedia had is not the correct property number, the power went off in the middle of the night and no one came to us and said anything, there we were in the dark hot and scared for hours and no one came to reassured us, I tried to call the front desk no one answered. In the morning when I was checking out no one at the front desk I call and no one answered and no one would pick up the phone overall it was a terrible experience
