It's nice that it's generally a quiet area (when the construction work at the neighbour is not ongoing) but with the no-staff concept it becomes VERY quiet and some might feel unpleasant or even unsafe. "This is the best apartment hotel experience in the Baltics. Rooms are specious, with good sturdy beds(unlike other places with featherweight ikea beds). The soundproofing is also good - i didnt hear other people in their rooms. Facilities are new and nice, has an elevator, checkin/checkout seemless. Have to mention that the checkout time is also noon - a luxury when most places kick you out by 10am. "

"This was a great hotel! Had a wonderful view of the old Town and was an easy walk there. The room was quite basic, but the staff were very accommodating, allowing us a slightly later check out and slightly earlier check in. With our room, we paid slightly more for access to the spa, which was well worth it!"

So sad to leave!

"My partner and I have just left this hotel from a two week stay exploring the old town, and honestly we were really sad to leave! Overall, the hotel is a wonderful gem. It is very close to the port so if you wanted to hop on a ferry and go over to Helsinki, then it’s perfectly located. It is also very close to the old town, only a 10 minute walk if that, so perfect if you are wanting to explore that area. It’s quite modern and very clean. The spa and pool area were excellent and the poolside bar went down a treat! Breakfast was plentiful and there was decent variety. We didn’t have lunch or an evening meal in the hotel so cannot comment on that. The room was compact but clean, the decor was very abstract but very pleasant! There is a mini bar in the room but again, we did not use that. My only criticism would be the towels, you get a robe and some slippers in your room to use in the spa, but the towels are very small, and I’m not a particularly large person but I couldn’t get the towel over my head after washing my hair! It would be better if they were larger and thicker as they are quite thin and flimsy. We are thinking of coming back next year, and this would be our first choice of hotel for sure!"
