"We stayed at the property in summer. There is only 1 restaurant onsite and very limited food option. My entire family had food poisoning after eating lunch. The buffet breakfast was also very ordinary. We learnt many other people were also having food poisoning after talking to some people that morning. Staff is good. The food area could be kept cleaner"

Had a bit of a medical emergency, and the hotel had no immediate response. "The staff are lovely and helpful and hotel is quite nice. Its location is also very central. The hotel room was quite cold, however, due to gaps between the windows and the window frame. The hotel offers heaters but these are reasonably pricey. I was able to manage in November but I suspect it would be miserable in December and January. Also the hot water supply was inadequate. It took 20-25 mins to heat up and I found that I had to turn up the heat every minute to keep it reasonably warm."
