"The Gables is stunning to look at but also really practical, everything has been considered and designed so you can enjoy your surroundings and look after them with ease. The area is incredible, lovely local pubs, shops and of course the huge sandy beach, but we spent a lot of our time at the house as it was such a fun and relaxing setting to be in. "

"My family and I stayed at the French Mill Granary for 3 nights. We really enjoyed it. Our teenage daughter slept in the gypsy caravan which she loved. The garden was fabulous (our dog loved to run and discover various parts) and the swing was a hit. Everyone was very helpful giving us ideas about the places we could visit. We really enjoyed the Isle of Wight and staying at the the Granary which is in a very good location to travel around. Thank you"

"Delightful setting - with country and canalside walks from the doorstep. Welcoming host family live next door and there's plenty of private parking on the shared driveway. Comfortable large bed, bright and clean bedroom upstairs with bathroom next to kitchen area downstairs. Lovely to step straight out of front door at dusk to comfy seats overlooking their beautiful garden at sunset."

"We returned to the cottage after our first stay last year because it was so lovely and comfortable. This time we also used the cottage next door for our grandchildren, who absolutely loved it. The cottage itself is in a great rural location but nevertheless only 10 mins drive from a supermarket and Freshwater Bay if you need a takeaway or food. It's also just a quarter of a mile from a bus-stop to Newport in one direction and Yarmouth in the other (if you don't have a car) so therefore ideal...

"Stayed at this property for a week. It is just on the edge of shanklin old village. Plenty of pubs and restaurants in walking distance. Cottage is a good size. 3 good size bedrooms. The owner Jill greeted us upon arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend to friends "
