"Just an overnight stay. Picked it as close to train station . Easy walking to main cathedral. We slept well and staff booked a taxi for us in the morning. It was cold though and could have used a blanket. No heat yet turned on. "

"Property was under construction and the entry area was pretty awful. Staff in the bar and restaurant were wonderful. Room attendant was great! reserved this hotel specifically because it was across the street from our meeting venue; however, because of a fair on the grounds, we had to walk about half a mile out of our way to get into the convention center. might have been funny if it wasn’t raining so much!. Also, they charged exorbitant prices during this convention!!"

"This is a beautiful hotel near the heart of Strasbourg. The view from our room along the canal was from a postcard! We never ate at the hotel (the meals did look fantastic, although pricey) since there was so many lovely local restaurants within a 30 second to 5 minute walk. We did use the spa area (I love the steam room) and gym a couple times. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel and surrounding area is very safe. If i had to nitpick for one improvement, the room got warm...
