Great location, walkable to all major tourist sites & couple minutes walk from Fredrichstasse train station so very easy journey to/from airport. We had family suite for 4 which suited us perfectly. "I’ve always wanted to stay at this hotel because of its location to my family, but never have. This particular trip I absolutely needed to be next to Alexander plots for the convenience of my airplane departure, so I booked it here for three nights and it was absolutely perfect. I only needed a small room so the price was right. Staff was amazing with daily room cleaning to boot. Thank you so much for the great day. Would gladly recommend and do it again. Another one of the big draws, is that because you’re so close to the train station it makes it easy to get in and out, but the biggest plus was that you can get a Döner almost any time of the day. Perfect! A+."

"We had a very nice stay to site see before flying out. The location was excellent. It is just a block from the main train station. The beds were on the firm side…so personal preference not to my taste. Would prefer a top sheet rather than a heavy comforter. To their credit they delivered extra pillows almost immediately upon request. Room was very quiet. Bathroom was well appointed with eco friendly soap, shampoo, etc. The shower was extremely slippery but spacious. Elevators (4 of them) were very speedy. Staff was friendly and helpful. We noticed afternoons are very busy. They have computers for easy check in but the two people we noticed trying to use them had difficulty and ended up in line. Not sure why. The other advantage to staying there is it is close to several points of interest and the Hop on Hop off bus stop is just across the street. The train is also a 3 hour ride from Kiel if cruising (2 trains daily are direct) FEX train is 1/2 hour to the airport cost is under €10 for 2 adults. "
