"This IS NOT a hotel... when I arrived at 10:00 PM, it was completely dark including the signage. Not a single person was in sight. Nobody answered the phone. No staff was on property. The door was locked. I called the next day and Me Engle told me I had to check in by 9:00 to get a code which give you access to a key box. I strongly suggest that you remove them from your website. No carpets anywhere so very noisy when opening/ closing doors etc. room had a fan which was needed but no air con. No kettle or coffee machine. Clean/ new but too sparse for my liking. I was unable to book the ‘ nicer’ rooms at the actual hotel. A nice hotel overall but staying in apartment wasn’t to my personal liking. Sorry! "
