easy to find, clean, breakfast is included in the price. the pool is old but you can swim there is a hot tub. very noisy air conditioner. It was impossible to sleep. It turns on and off every two minutes. It is very noisy.

Our room and the whole hallway was absolutely freezing. It felt like no one had been down that hall or area in weeks. We called to ask them if they could turn up the heat but there was no way to do it, is what I was told. Only the AC heathers in the rooms. It was freezing!!!!

We stayed in the annex at the back of the property. Although an older building, it has been renovated inside and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Love having the walkout door direct to your vehicle parking space. Check in was efficient and clear mmunication was good. Overall would definitely recommend.

The water was on and off a few times during our 4 night stay. The doors closed very loudly so sleeping was interrupted by other guests. The beds and pillows were nice and comfortable, the room had ample space for two guests and our luggage. The front desk was able to set us up in an adjoining room with another family member who was in town at the same time, that was much appreciated. The breakfast buffet was one of the worst I’ve had, and I’ve travelled a lot. Very sparse selection, I believe there was a tip jar at the omelette station which seemed highly inappropriate. Even though it was free we only ever tried it one morning and then never returned. Overall it was clean and comfortable and not a lot of options in Truro.
