Enter into a brightly lit living room with high ceilings and 2 large windows, large sleeper sofa, TV with Roku, coffee table, and desk/work area. Next enter into the bedroom which has a queen bed, Roku TV, and large chest of drawers. Down the hall from this bedroom is a full bathroom, and small kitchen with dining area. The washer and dryer are located in a closet adjacent to the dining area.

Not for light sleepers, but otherwise very nice
Andrew is easy to communicate with and sends you everything you need beforehand. Convenient location, clean and set up well. My only note is that the walls are thin, so if you are a light sleeper you will probably wake up to neighbors coming home, talking, etc.

Great choice for a NOLA visit.
The entire booking process went smoothly. The host was extremely sweet and prompt with calls. The place is located in a very quiet safe neighborhood in the center of French Quarter, Frenchmen St and Canal St. Will definitely book again.

Location Is key to this mid-city unit. Walking distance to streetcar with easy access to French Quarter and any other location in New Orleans, including local restaurants. Reasonably priced, clean, and all of the comforts of home. Great communication with Andrew. Would definitely recommend!!

This unit was comfortable and convenient for my friend and I on our trip to NOLA. Really close to a streetcar route and in the middle of a bunch of cool neighborhoods and things to do. We felt safe and comfortable here; it wasn’t the fanciest place but I’d definitely recommend if you’re looking for a great affordable option!

Very good place to stay!
I was here for one month and this was a great place to stay in NOLA! It’s 10-20 minutes from the French Quarter, Garden District, and Uptown. If you’re coming for Mardi Gras, the Uber fare from here will be around $40-$45, but worth it. You’ll be away from chaos and right in front of one of the biggest parades (Endymion). Mid City has a lot to offer within walking/biking distance to anything you’d want to do in the area. The neighborhood is quiet and there’s a great restaurant just down the sidewalk! The greenway is also right around the corner and there are bike rentals there. The space itself is nice and bigger than expected from the photos! It’s an older style, so just be aware that you will hear neighbors upstairs and beside you. Most importantly, Andrew is an amazing host. Very friendly, communicative, and helpful for anything you may need. When I’m back, this is my choice 👌

Pro's: The place was great! Really close to the Streetcar and a few local restaurants. Andrew was AMAZING! Cons: The upstairs tenant was loud and always slamming the doors. The Bed was way too soft for us.

This Vrbo was outstanding! My daughter lives in Metairie so she scouted the location for me ahead of my visit and agreed with the safety aspect of location as well as convenience. Perfect quiet place for fun week in NOLA
We had a great stay in NOLA at Andrew’s apartment. We wanted a quiet place away from the parades & Bourbon Street but easily accessible to all parts of NOLA. The apartment was clean and comfortable. When we arrived there was a minor issue with getting in that was quickly resolved (the lock was a little stuck due to below freezing temps). Andrew was very responsive and checked in throughout our stay to make sure we were ok in the apartment. His list of things to do and places to see and eat at were also very helpful.

The property was perfect for our trip. Plenty of room for two people, very clean. It was conveniently located so we could get downtown easily using Uber or the Streetcar. Perfect for working and seeing the city
This property was fantastic, I didn’t think the pictures on the listing did it justice. Very spacious and clean with nice amenities. I worked in the space several days and had no WiFi issues. One block from the streetcar and close to several good restaurants. Andrew was very friendly and accommodating. Can’t recommend this property enough!

Andrews place was clean and spacious. Neighborhood felt safe and within easy walking distance of streetcar and bus lines that go many popular places, including straight down to the quarter. Just download the Le Pass app for public transit. Walkable restaurants were also really nice. He was accommodating, communicated well and guide book was helpful and informative. Check-in was easy.

This is the perfect place for 2 to 3 people to stay while visiting NOLA. The streetcar is rear by which will take you to most places in the city. There are some great places within walking distance as well. The property is clean and well maintained. The host is very helpful and responsive. We will be staying here when. we visit again.

Perfect Midcity Getaway
The neighborhood was cute. The house was right next to Katie’s restaurant. There wasn’t off street parking but street parking right in front of or right across from the unit was never hard to find. The interior was as advertised. The AC and ceiling fans worked marvelously. I rate this place a 10/10. Andrew was very responsive and answered any questions I had almost instantly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a reasonably priced weekly stay in New Orleans.
