This hotel is a true gem. It’s an older building, rooms are modest but clean. The decor is art deco with a NOLA twist. The staff are friendly, professional, and very accommodating.

Coffee was terrible, first night thermostat was stuck on 54 degrees, I was told my 1st night would be comped but still don’t have a copy of my bill. The workers were helpful especially the day workers they were awesome.

Everything was great! Staff was awesome and helpful! The ONLY THING that was not great was the beds. The mattresses need to be changed immediately. They were old spring mattresses and not comfortable at all! Love the spacious shower and big rooms! Very pretty hotel! The Loa bar is beautiful and the bartender was so sweet!

When checking in I was told that water in room was free upon leaving. I was told that I was going to be charged for water in room. I think some clarity needs to be given to the guest so they know which options they have I had other option vehicle was parked directly across the street from building I had bottles of water in car

My stay was great! Location is very convenient and close to everything. Room was very nice and clean. Only issue I had was finding good parking. Overall it was a nice experience. Shoutout to the lady receptionist who was very kind and made the check in/out process quick.

There were stains on the rug and curtains. In morning, there were several police officers in lobby in early morning due to alleged assault. Didn’t feel like safe area.

The interior was absolutely beautiful and staff was friendly. It would be awesome if there was a breakfast option with the hotel but it definitely doesn’t make or break the hotel!

Over all I was not impressed with anything the hotel had to offer other than being close to bourbon but also far enough away to not be near the chaos. The morning “coffee” station is a joke, I stayed 5 nights but there was only coffee available one morning, the rest the station was empty and unattended. The elevator takes forever and they give you a hard time if you want to take the stairs up from the lobby.
