Our pied-à-terre (home) is your best choice in a fabulous location with easy access to everything treasured that one must see in this fine city!

We are steps from Bourbon Street within close walking distance to everything!

This historic building has been carefully converted into apartments taking care to retain the beauty and charm throughout each home. Granite counter tops, high ceilings and polished wood floors are all part of her character - and await your arrival!

This very safe and secure building includes: elevator, fitness room, and rooftop deck area with fabulous city views!

Our spacious 800+ sq. ft. apt. is a tastefully decorated 1B/1B, fully equipped with everything you need for your home-away-from-home experience. It has a large living/dining open concept with comfy queen sofa sleeper for extra guests.

The bedroom has a queen bed and leads into a large combination walk-in closet/dressing area with vanity table & chair; washer and dryer located here; the bathroom is en suite.

MAX. OCCUPANCY is 4 adults. But please reach out for a conversation if you have 5 in your group.

HAVE A CAR?
GARAGE PARKING is available in the garage next door, please ask about our rate - it is considerably less than what the garage charges. The garage is staffed 24/7, well lit. NOTE: (1) VEHICLE, 7'-0" MAX ENTRANCE, NO DUALLYS OR OVERSIZE VEHICLES. The GARAGE DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR, you will self-park on level 3 or above. If you have mobility issues (or several bags), ask to be let off at the building entrance before the car is parked.

KITCHEN INCLUDES: oven, range, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, Keurig, toaster and water cooler! We have coffee pods, non-dairy creamers, and sugar/non-sugars, too.

We provide bath conveniences: 2 hairdryers, lots of soft towels, extra linens. There is also a washer/dryer in the apartment with laundry supplies, located in the walk-in closet. We do not provide toiletries.

Other comforts you will enjoy are central air & heat; ceiling fans; 55” TV (cable provided) in both the living & bedroom; and complimentary high speed Wi-Fi private to home.

IMPORTANT POLICIES - PLEASE REVIEW:
WE DO NOT ACCEPT 3rd party rentals. The person that books is the person that stays. Our House Rules reflect this as well. If you book for someone else your reservation most certainly will be canceled. Thank you for your understanding.

Our home and building is a NO SMOKING/NO VAPING/NO PARTIES or GATHERINGS/NO PETS property. You may smoke on our balcony w/the sliding door closed, please. The balance of our building is non-smoking, etc. in all public spaces with the exception of the rooftop deck. Violators will be asked to leave immediately.

As this is our home the above mentioned are NON-NEGOTIABLE. We also have a CAPACITY LIMIT of 4 guests (will accommodate 5 - just ask!). Offenders will be asked to leave immediately, without refund, and may result in an additional cleaning fee.

When you send a booking request you are confirming you understand our policies and will honor them - and we're thankful!

WE RECOMMEND purchasing TRAVELER'S INSURANCE if you visit Nola during hurricane season. Vrbo will not cover you. We only refund if there's been a mandatory evacuation ordered. Insurance covers the rest.

If you have questions prior to booking, my response time will be within 3 hours as long as your message is sent between 8 AM and 7PM CST.
