Because of a landing gear issue with our flight out of Atlanta, on Sunday, we were unable to make it to our booking with 3 West Club, and had to cancel our trip. Here is why we have re-booked our reservation with them for January, and are sending our daughters there next week as a Christmas gift: Their staff and customer service is outstanding. This goes especially a very long way when you are in the situation we found ourselves in. First of all, someone answers the phone when you call the hotel ! I learned this as I called them to confirm our reservation. Realizing we weren't going to make it to NYC, when I called to explain the situation, customer service again answered the phone, graciously canceled the reservation, making a very bad day, much less stressful. Other reasons we look forward to our stay with them: You cannot beat the location. Rockefeller Center and St. Patrick's Cathedral are views outside the hotel! Central Park is a few blocks north. Spacious and elegant rooms, especially for the location in New York. I hear the restaurant is a favorite of the locals for pre-theater events in the area. Thank you 3 West Club. See you in January!

Right across from Rockefeller Center. Subways come. Midtown walkable from this hotel. Iur twin room was quite roomy for New York with antique furniture.

The majority of the people on the front desk need to get their act together. You walk in and say hello and they say something like “only an hour left of my shift” right. Not what you tell the guests. The bed was shocking. Mattress terrible. Redeeming feature is location.

A lovely boutique hotel in a fantastic location with a great view of St Patrick's Cathedral and Radio City Hall. The only downside was the adjoining room and door especially at night time. Beautiful view from the balcony of the solarium. We have stayed in NYC many times and we will definitely stay in this hotel again but ask for non adjoining room.
