The staff was not very friendly nor did they have an attitude of service or helpfulness in general with the guests. Aside from that the hotel was very clean and nice, and had a very good price and location.

Thank you also for helping us organise our ride back to the airport the next day as well. Thank you Rehana for your kindness towards our elderly cousin as she came to pick us up and go out for dinner. You have left a lasting impression on our family of the hospitality and open-heartedness of the people of New York and the high quality service of Comfort Inn Midwest Manhattan. Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. Everything was good. The place was worth the price. Hotel management please change your old towels and get new ones. They were super old and worn out. It’s small thing that I’m sure you can change and that’s why I can’t give you 5 stars.
