We stayed at this property for 4 nights in December and reported that it was hot in the room. The thermostat was set properly but the room would never get below 75 degrees. We were told someone would be sent to check it and assumed it was taken care of but it never was. It is a nice property and in a good location so we might try it again in the future in hopes that the feedback gets the AC fixed.

This place has a TON of add on fees that they try not to call resort fees. $30 a day for a bottle of water and internet! Shouldn’t this be included with Gold status? It’s better to go to an honest hotel!

The property was overall a good value for the price. The only things we had issues with were the climate controls not cooling below 70 and the elevators taking a while for the upper floors. Otherwise, a solid and great hotel I’d stay in again.

Great location on the edge of Times Square. Everything was clean but the rooms and hallways need some updating. Bed and pillows were comfortable. We arrived about noon and our room was ready so that was a nice perk. Checkin was easy.

This hotel is a convenient location for walking to places. but that is the only positive thing i can say. This hotel is in need of serious updates. The tub was peeling alot, the towel bar was just sitting on the wall and as soon as a hand towel was placed it fell off the wall, the toilet is cracked and the wallpaper is peeling. There was gum on one of the bed sheets. Disappointed in this stay.

Crowne plaza was a lovely hotel. Room was clean and big enough for the four of us sharing. Even though we were on the 46th floor it was quick and easy to get to. The lifts were efficient. Staff were nice and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

My flight was delayed two times and then canceled to the following day of my 2 day trip to new york, a gift from my husband. I was stuck in Charlotte unable to get my checked luggage. I begged the airline to get me to New York that night and there was nothing going into New York till the following day they did tell me they had a flight back home to Huntsville where I could get to my luggage where I have my medication. Thinking if I show ed what happened surely Expedia and the hotel would refund my money but instead you kept the entire amount and I only got As far as Charlotte North Carolina and came all the way back to Huntsville Alabama. I believe I am owed a completely full refund I have filed complaints and have heard nothing back from Expedia or the hotel I do plan to take action

The room was a bit rundown and definitely needed some updating. There were rust stains and chips in the paint, etc. However, the staff was VERY attentive and immediately came to the room to fix an outlet we had an issue with as well as adjust our thermostat when it wasn’t working properly. Overall, I would stay here again. The location was wonderful and so close to great restaurants and subways.
