The ac/heater system in my room was old and it made constant noises, like low pulsing frequency and some metal clicking sound. I did not sleep well my both nights there. The bed and pillows were also not great quality.

Hotel is at a very nice location. It also has a beautiful lobby but the room facility is dated. The bathroom is so small to the point hard to turn around. The phone is broken so the call to the front desk cannot be heard. Coffee is not in the room nor provided in the lobby.

I will Highly Recommend this hotel . It was very clean, beautiful decorated during the holidays . The staff was very friendly and professional. The door man was very polite and very helpful. It was in the center of walking restaurants , closed to Columbus circle and Central Park and shopping .

The location is perfect. We walked to our theatre. But our room: the bathroom door did not close, only one hook for our clothes! The heating makes a constant enormous noise, the paint is peeling off. The blind was broken and it took several calls to have it fixed. On the positive side the staff is very nice and helpful.

Liked the location, but the street noise was horrible. Room service was fair, they seemed annoyed when I asked for fresh towels , instead of cleaning entire room. Also was hoping to be able to go to the rooftop where the sign is , but closed down for renovations. Door men were very nice.
