Excellent location for exploring the heart of NYC. Thin walls and busy streets made it quite loud, but that is to be expected. Did not love the bar (So and So) as drinks were not very good and service was slow. But, overall, I would return just for the location alone!

This was our 3rd time in NY and loved this hotel. Location was excellent with subways close by and walkable to central park, times square and broadway. The lobby area was gorgeous and the cafe a lovely addition to grab coffee and breakfast items. Bedroom was big for NY standards and beds extremely comfortable. The only thing missing for us was tea/coffee facilities in the room. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is clean and well maintained, with a fun moody vibe. It was also surprisingly quiet at night. It has great accessibility to many NY attractions. Only small comment - if you’re a coffee snob like myself, walk across/down the street for coffee. There are many cafes and restaurants within easy reach from the hotel.

The staff were friendly, the room was well decorated and clean, the housekeeping staff were helpful. The location is within walking distance of Broadway shows. The only complaint is that the pillows were kind of lumpy. Aside from that minor complaint, the experience was everything I could have asked for.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We arrived to the hotel early and they held onto our luggage for us and called me when our room was ready (even earlier than the check-in time). And when we had an early flight the staff helped us get a ride to the airport quickly. The facilities are very clean, beautiful and accessible. The hotel is also conveniently located next to the subway, a parking garage and a lot of restaurants and bars. There is an attached piano bar that we were able to attend and listen to a live singer and a comedian. Overall, a great place to stay.

Would highly recommend this hotel. Beautiful large rooms. Friendly staff. Very quiet. Cool lobby and large library/seating room. Only downfall was there was no tea/coffee maker in room. For me the bed was too soft - but most people would love that. Easily walkable to mid-town attractions, park and subway. You’re on the edge of Time Square so expect crowds and slightly dirtier streets.
