"Great position in Newbury, very close to the main shopping street. Parking nearby was cheaper than onsite so we used that. Entry was easy with good instructions. It was very warm inside, we had to open the windows and turn off the heating. Nice and quiet in the building, we hardly saw or heard anyone else. Everything you needed for a short break was supplied. "- The attitude of management after our first stay on cleaning issues was rude and deducted £50/- for most of the spots which were not done by us and some of the spots were easily removable - Asking us for TV remote on our second stay during our check-in which was very disappointing check-in for us. We tried to cancel the booking of the second stay but as the amount was paid in advance so management refused to refund. - Slow water flow in the basin of the bathroom - Not clear in sending keys...
