Blending maritime heritage with sustainability—highlighting ship-like details, all natural products and recycled timber—it takes inspiration from Mediterranean resort-style living, while still feeling a natural sense of place in Newcastle.
Featured in Hunter Lifestyle Magazine, this uniquely designed harbourside home is immediately captivating and ideally located just a 10-minute drive or quick trip on the light rail to downtown Newcastle and its surf beaches. Staged across three levels, it culminates in a spectacular rooftop terrace, providing a private plunge pool, a premium outdoor kitchen and spacious alfresco dining to soak up the fresh coastal air and stunning views across the city and harbour.

The open plan living and dining area on the first floor opens to a generous balcony, flooding the space in gorgeous natural light. Sip your morning coffee here over a good book or enjoy a sundowner as the night sky puts on a show. A sleek, gourmet kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home, with a round timber dining table doubling as a dedicated workspace if you’re here on business; while the lounge area highlights a streamlined sofa fronting a smart TV. Travertine heated floors have been laid in the main living area and all bathrooms, while remote controlled blinds offer protection against the summer heat.

The first queen suite is on the ground level and connected to a second lounge room overlooking the garden, which offers a sofa bed, perfect for those travelling with children. The other two queen suites can be found upstairs. All bedrooms offer a combination of air-conditioning and ceiling fans to keep things comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space for your belongings and high-end ensuite bathrooms fitted with a luxury rain shower, while the second ensuite has a freestanding bath.

Guests will also have access to an internal washing machine and powder room on the first level, adding to your everyday convenience. Secure garage parking is provided for one car, and another spot in the driveway. Travelling with an infant? A porta cot and high chair are available upon request.
