Merewether Motel

4.5 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (762)
"This is a great place to stay conveniently located near restaurants and Newcastle City. The balcony rooms on the car park side are much preferred as the rooms on the western side are very small, though clean and comfortable. There is no crockery or cutlery in the rooms, but it can be requested from reception. No lift so if you get a first floor room you have the stairs to contend with with your luggage."

"Lovely big house with plenty of space and beds. Lots of living space to hang out and a well equipped kitchen and coffee machine. Walk out the back direct to the lake and enjoy the sunset. Water is very shallow so if you want to fish you will need rods. Plenty of parking on site. Very remote area and only a cafe nearby, you will need to shop beforehand or drive out to any restaurants and shops. "
