Lovely staff & breakfast
A lovely little place and the owners son who checked us in was super friendly. He made sure we had everything we needed and the next morning for breakfast he was exactly the same. We had a lovely view from our room and our bed was super comfortable. Very nice stay overall. The breakfast was very nice too.

The proprietor, Zed and family are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. I have stayed here mid week for last 2 weeks and location great , breakfasts are very good and mainly the welcome and the staff there cannot do enough for you. Very impressed and certainly recommend,

If you want a short break by the sea, or you're walking the English coastal path, this place is a really good choice. Lovely rooms, good breakfast, friendly and helpful people, and good for public transport. Not the world's most exciting place but several restaurants on the doorstep including a very good Indian one.

Very pleasant, quiet and excellent sea view. Sara and Zahir accommodated all our needs even allowing us to extend our stay. Was within walking distance of promenade and plenty of restaurants. A lot to recommend about the hotel.
