"Everything was just perfect. Bed is comfortable and has everything you need in the kitchen. Very close to town with places to eat and shop. Nice walk around the island on the bay front. There is a 3 car ferry to take you over to the ocean and Fun Zone. Nice restaurant on the bay with a great view. Newport Landing. Our host is the best and it's probably my 5th or 6th time staying there. I come back every year. :)"

"The property is in a wonderful location. The property was very clean, but needs a lot of maintenance. the windows rattled with the breeze which made sleeping difficult. Some of the light switches did not work. The heater would not come on no matter how many times we tried to turn it up on the thermostat. "A great little place on the beach, few minutes walk to the ocean and 4 minutes walk to Newport Harbour filled with cute shops and lots of food options. The area is quiet and very safe. We really appreciated the quick and easy communication with the property manager. He was kind and very helpful with our questions and concerns ie. We asked where we could find more coffee and he brought a new bag of grounds to our door. A good place for a peaceful get away for singles, couples, or families. "
