"We stayed here for my husbands 60 birthday party. 4 couples. Everyone had their own bedroom and own bathroom. We had a fantastic time. So many VRBO's don't stock coffee or supplies and they had coffee for all of us. Joey was the BEST communicator. The windows facing the ocean actually open and we spent so much time sitting on the patio with the doors open enjoying the ocean air. So much is within walking distance. Beds were comfy. "As pictured and advertised. Ground floor condo, interior designed for vacation rentals, clean and functional, excellent beds. Fire pit and patio is great. You can hear the neighbors above, but it’s not obtrusive. Close proximity to houses either side, some noise heard during our stay. Location is excellent. "

"Our welcome from the property manager was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the clean and roomy house, comfortable bed and the short walk to the beach. We rode the cruiser bikes on nice trails from our neighborhood and enjoyed just walking to the grocery store and restaurants easily. The neighborhood feels safe and the beach is clean and beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the beach with the chairs provided and watching all the surfers, birds & dolphins. "

"Overall the condo was a good place to lay your head and is very close to the beach which was nice. However, the cleanliness of the place was something left to be desired. Check-in was good except one thing, it wasn't stated which condo was which. The units are one on top of the other and the condos themselves are not numbered. There was an issue with the dishwasher, however when I contacted the company, they were very helpful and very responsive. Overall, it was a good place."

"We stayed at this property with family. The checkin was easy and the house was nice. There were some issues (hardly any spoons, lack of towels and the hot tub had not been serviced) but the host was quick to respond and resolve the issues. There was active construction next door that was not disclosed, which affected our plans and woke us up early. "

"Nice guest house close to beach, businesses and major highways. Square footage more than adequate for a solo traveler. Parking can be tricky vis a vis beach traffic and wi-fi/internet throughput could be faster, but minor details in greater scheme. Owners are super responsive."
