"This hotel is convenient to the airport with a free shuttle between the airport and hotel. It was hard to find the shuttle and no one that we asked in the hotel shuttle area was very helpful. A passenger who overheard us ask about the shuttle actually got off his own bus to give us advice. It would be nice if there were signs posted. The receptionist trainee could not answer questions."
