"Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Good location from where you can explore Pisa and reach the train station by walk. Very good breakfast. Only downside is the bathroom due to size, especially the shower and the space between toilet and radiator, and the fluctuating hot water supply which seemed to vary when other rooms were using it. Overall though a very good place to stay."

"We spent one night here as a stopping point. The location is brilliant! The receptionist was brilliant and very friendly. The room was large and and spacious. Unfortunately, we got the room right next to the front door, so being a light sleeper I heard all the comings and goings. We were given a breakfast voucher for the little cafe across the square, which was brilliant! Be quick though as it does get busy. Overall I would recommend it."

"An absolutely beautiful hotel and room. Only negative - there was no need to be encouraged to buy breakfast vouchers for a local restaurant. We bought too many and it would be better if they just advertised as breakfast not included. Or if they said the vouchers were to be used off site. I was under the impression that they were for use at the hotel and wasn't really given guidance on how many to buy. Otherwise this was our favourite hotel of the four we have stayed in on our tour of Italy."
