Spacious room and had everything we needed. We stayed in the Pokémon room with bunk beds which our son loved. Location is an easy walk to the main Ginza shopping area and train station and located in a quiet street. Staff came from diverse backgrounds and were super friendly, we also stayed on Mimaru in Kyoto and had the same great experience.

The staff here are amazing. Helpful and kind.
The room was huge and perfect for the three of us. The location is very near to Ueno train station and easily walkable to the park and shopping.

This is so clean and great location area.
There is a big bath tub and landry machine in room.
So clean room.
There is two subway station which is Yurakucho line "shintomicho" station and Hibiya line "Tsukiji" station.
There is 24hour store front of the this hotel.
I do recommend 3days or more.

"Everything was perfect except for the organization of the buffet. The architect made a big mistake there. The aisle between the buffets is far too narrow. Hardly two people can cross each other. This is why there were various incidents. During our four-day stay, at least five things fell to the floor ..."
