"The stay was very comfortable and offered great value for money. There were shuttle buses to various ski resorts, which was very convenient. You can make a reservation in advance to arrange pick-up times, and when leaving, they can also drop you off at the bus station or anywhere you like in town. Overall, the experience was excellent."

"We had a great time at this hotel. It’s perfect for family ski trip. The lift was a few steps away and rental facilities were inside the hotel. The views were spectacular and the staff so accommodating and friendly. The restaurant food was really good, and we loved their breakfast buffet. It snowed the whole time we were there so it felt like you were inside a snow globe! "

"The staff went above and beyond to help us on our check-in and check-out days as we stayed during off season with no car, we felt super welcomed. The condo was much larger than we expected (for Japanese standards), and we loved that it had a stocked kitchen and in-unit laundry. The smart TV was also a perk. Cute little restaurant just around the corner, beautiful Mountain View’s from all windows, and the local bus stop about a block away. Even better, the Takahashi Dairy milk KOBO was only about a ten minute walk and they have THE BEST ice cream we have probably had in our lives, you’ve gotta check it out. "

"Quiet and secluded with excellent staff and high end facilities (including a nice onsen setup). The included half-board meals were extensive and very good, and probably required given the relative lack of other options anywhere nearby in summer season. Feels like a private resort. If you are looking for an escape in Niseko this is a good option and the price is reasonable given the quality of the accommodation and of the dining."

"Exceptional property. Best equipped kitchen I have encountered yet. From an insertion blender to two toaster ovens to enough pots and pans to never run out and a huge refrigerator freezer. You even have a sake cup set. You will find everything you need here. All rooms have brand new (May 2024) ductless split type A/C units that work great. The house is spotless with an excellent floor plan. Large Toshiba TV (HDMI ports available) with Satellite and a Blu-Ray player. Internet is 40Mbps down, 50Mbps up with available LAN ports and 2G/5G Wireless. HE Washer and dryer in laundry room next to kitchen. All bedrooms are large with plenty of closet and drawer space. Very quiet location but near 7-11 and 20 minutes from Kutchan. Fujimi was an excellent host with great communication and response using “Line”. You need a car here, and the included van came in very handy. Pickup and return to Niseko station was very much appreciated. This is the best rental property in its class I have stayed at in over 40 years. I already booked another one month stay next year. Thanks Fujimi!"
