"Although it was advertised as a second floor, we truly had to walk approximately four floors from the street up to our second floor. I will say the view was beautiful, however finding the location and finding the management office to obtain the keys Was very difficult Additionally, the sofa bed was in such bad shape. We felt crippled when we left."

"Bathroom door broke and locked all our bathroom toiletries in them the first night and they didn’t arrive to fix until 12 the next day. Their 24 hour emergency line had no answer and no one responded to emails till later. It cost us a whole day of events because of the issue. They refused to offer any partial refund and actually tried to blame us for the door. This management is shady and dishonest and they do not care. They were not helpful at all. I would never stay here. Beware"

"A 20 minute walk to restaurants & town. The house was clean, contemporary, and had all the amenities we needed. "

"The propery is immaculate with stunning views of lake como! The pictures dont do it justice. Laura was an exceptional host who met every need. The only drawback was the walk into town which got very old quickly. Renting a car is highly recommended. I would definitely stay there again thankyou laura!"
