"This hotel has the best iconic location in Noboribetsu. Parking is easy and free. All the sites are within short walking distance of this hotel. Everything exceeded expectations. The hot spring pools are 2x larger than we have ever experienced. It will take you 1 hour if you spend 2 minutes in every pool. Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is out of this world delicious. Wifi is fast. Lots of dining options in the hotel itself for dinner and walking distance outside. Service is friendly. Hotel is frequently sold out 2 months in advance so book the rooms early. We are really glad we booked this hotel and able to enjoy this highly ratec onsen in Japan #6 of top 100 and this hotel is #2 best in East Japan"

"Great place to stay! Easy access to different must-go places. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Except for the breakfast buffet which end at 9:30. When it says 9:30, it means that everyone needs to leave at that time. We were obviously not aware of that and kept working on what’s left in our plates when one man seemed like a manager came with a raised voice saying “Out, out!” Guess that’s the culture difference."

"Room is big and clean, just toilet too small for our room at 8th floor. Hotel is renovating, hope will have a bigger toilet in future. Breakfast and dinner buffet spread is good. No chance to try the onsen, hope will have a chance in future."

"Spacious clean room. Very comfortable beds and furnishings. Large bathroom with two sinks and lots of counter space. Only a 15 minute walk to the Hell’s Valley entrance. Bus station across the hotel. "

"If you're taking the NA bus, the bus stops about 1 min walking distance to the hotel. Convenient and excellent food. Enjoyed my stay there and will definitely return! "
