A balcony with awning, garden furniture and deckchairs. Access via a spiral staircase.

Déception en arrivant dramatique
l'intermédiaire l'agence Foncia n'a pas été à la hauteur ,n'a pas dit clairement et officiellement ( malgré ses dires ) que les clés ne se trouvait pas (comme ils se fait habituellement) A LA PORTE de l'appartement ,dans un boitier avec code, mais les clés se trouvaient à l'agence !!! ? En arrivant très tard à cause des retards d'avion , et pas véhiculé ( pas de taxi ) je n'allait pas refaire 8 kilomètres à pieds pour trouver BIEN SÜR l'agence fermée .Et bien sûr que des répondeurs au numéros de tel de Foncia et Abritel !!! de plus pas de numéro sur les mûrs de l'immeuble pas de numéro sur la porte de l'appartement . J'ai bien cru que c'était une arnaque ,personne dans les rues j'ai dû prendre une chambre d'hotel indiqué par la gendarmerie . Une précision l'apparence extérieur de l'immeuble est horrible ; l'appart sale , la s de b horrible la Vaisselle pour cuisine ? pour 3 personnes non à peine pour une , même pas un couteau à huitre dans une ville comme Noirmoutier l'on croit ''rêver"!!! La responsable de Foncia le lendemain n'a même pas dénié m'accompagner à l'appart à 8km prétextant ne pas avoir de voiture C'est se Ficher de la tête de ses clients !!!! Cette personne n'est pas à sa place , Cette personne ne m'a même pas demandé oû j'avais dormi la nuit dernière ??? Inacceptable . Je veux vous demander quel est le but, le rite ou la provocation de mettre des éponges sales un peu partout dans l'appart !!! ?? j'ai pris des photos au moins Huit !!La hote de marche pas etc

Très bon emplacement et terrasse agréable
Près du port et nombreuses plages à proximité. Commerces et restaurants à côté. Ambiance animée et voisins sympathiques. Possibilité de louer des vélos. Il faudrait ameliorer le matelas. Pour le reste c'est correct.

Situation de l'appartement sympa, proximité du port et des commerces
Appartement bien situé mais visiblement laissé à l'abandon. Appareils ménagers et équipements cuisines obsolètes, Hotte aspirante et ventilation salle d'eau hors d'usage, Lampe de chevet dans la chambre absente, etc ...... Copropriété mal entrenue, une impression de laisser-aller;

location très agée ou le ménage est a revoir!! les photos du mobilier ne correspondent pas du tout a ce que l on a vu : chaise relax rouilléet cassé depuis plusieurs annees tancarville cassé sommier de lit immonde et tres sale et j en passe !!!conclusion :appartement inlouable! ps :très bon acceuil de l agence

Excellent séjour à l'Herbaudière.
Très satisfaite des modalités de réservation sur le site, du descriptif de l'appartement bien illustré et des contacts téléphoniques avec Poplidays avant le séjour. A l'arrivée, bon accueil à l'agence Foncia et effort de souplesse sur l'horaire pour la remise des clés. Un imprévu très bien résolu avant notre arrivée par l'agence. Diverses fuites et pannes dans l'appartement réservé pouvaient perturber notre séjour. L'agence l'a remplacé par l'appartement voisin, même superbe exposition, équipement supérieur et place de parking privé. Ces plus ne nous ont pas été facturés. C'est ma 2° réservation chez Poplidays, j'en suis toujours enchantée et je le fais savoir.
