"This was a really great find. Comfortable beds, close to beach and easy access back to the airport. Only issue was a lot of animal hair was left behind, but easy fix with the vacuum. If we return for vacation we’ll stay again! "

"Home is as advertised in a very quiet neighborhood. We arrived in the evening and the porch light was on so that was a nice welcoming touch. Communication prior to arrival was excellent and we had all the information we needed to start our vacation. "Everything was great and the check in was easy. The marina area is nothing special, but the motel room was clean. The only drawback is that one mattress needs to be changed as it sinks in the middle and made it tough on my back. "

"We had a group of 9 friends staying here and had a great time. Plenty of room for everyone and having a bathroom per bedroom was a plus. The convenience of the beach was great and the pool was central to a lot of our time together. As others have noted, the construction next door was ongoing but we tuned it out after a bit - they seemed to work 7a-3p daily. "The property was very roomy and had everything we needed. There there is someone that lives on the property but he does not face the property and does not come around. Just know that if you are a skinny Dipper the pool guy shows up unannounced. We enjoyed the place and would stay there again. It's about a 10-minute drive to Siesta Key Beach in 20 minutes drive to Lido beach. Restaurants are not far but you do need to drive as this is in a residential neighborhood. It was very quiet there."

"This property sustained significant damage from the hurricanes but they are expeditiously making all necessary repairs and improvements. The property is probably absolutely beautiful when the foliage and landscaping is in tact. The pathway from our specialty sun deck second-floor unit was a quick super short walk to the magnificent beach. On-site, office staff is very, very friendly and accommodating.
