"Beautiful classy hotel in a great location. Friendly and helpful staff, you even get a free ride around the City in a vintage Bentley. Would definitely stay here again. Only complaint was the pillows, but this criticism can be levelled at most hotels, I guess they can’t use feather pillows for allergy reasons. Note to self, Will bring my own next time! "

"A wonderful stay at the holiday inn on nye. We was attending the nye party at the hotel so gave us everything we need. The only disappointment we had was we didnt know in advance that the pool would shut early and open late the next day so we wouldnt get to use it very much. But this all worked as the lovely girls on the desk booked me late check out so we were able to make the most of it after we had a complimentary breakfast that was added on to. "This hotel is ideal for a break in north Norfolk and is very reasonably priced. We stayed in mid December 2025 for two nights. The hotel is in very good condition and very well kept. We dined at the hotel’s restaurant both nights and had fabulous meals with excellent service. "Beautifully presented although it looked as if room accessibility for disabled guests could be an issue. Unfortunately the hotel had a big black tie dinner on the night I stayed and therefore the kitchen closed earlier than I could get there so was unable to order food. Had an offer to provide crockery etc. if I wanted to order in but felt less than totally friendly."

"Great location, lovely building, our cozy double was very comfortable and dog vera welcomed and catered for. Only negative comment tv wasn’t connecting . Didn’t request assistance as only one night stay. A radio provided could have made up for it. Staff hiwever lovely and helpful. Food delicious."

"Pub is lovely, great atmosphere, outdoor winter seating was cosy and a real selling point. Staff were welcoming and accommodating. The room itself was clean and nicely decorated. It could have done with a more powerful shower. Slightly disappointed as didn't realise we would be staying away from the pub. We were waiting just over an hour to check in because our room wasn't ready. Booked in for breakfast for half 9, unfortunately by the time we had had our cooked breakfast we went to get pastries...
