"I had a wonderful experience staying at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Norfolk Airport. The location was super convenient — close to the airport, shopping, and restaurants, but still quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all the essentials I needed. I especially appreciated the blackout curtains and great water pressure in the shower. Close to the Outlet. Would definitely stay here again when I’m back in the Norfolk area. Highly recommend for business travelers or anyone flying in and out of ORF"

"There needs to be more information regarding parking. There is valet parking in front otherwise you can self park in a garage. It is within walking distance, but no self parking is available at the hotel. Music was great, slight happy hour and the restaurant served delicious food. I was surprised the prices were reasonable until I seen the portion size and it made sense. Overall great experience for the price. "

"Cons. Sketchy looking outside Towels are thin and cheap No much water pressure in shower or sink Pros. Looks sketchy outside but I promise it’s not. We felt very safe. Front desk guy was great. They have cameras all over for safety. Beds were comfy. There isn’t a heavy comforter but we didn’t get chilly at all. Room was very clean. We are very picky about where we stay. We usually stay in high class hotels. With that said I would come back here. It was right across the street from the pier. Give this place a chance you won’t be disappointed as along as you bring your own towels! "
