"Lift that sometimes didn’t work with the stairs almost impossible for my 85 yr old husband. After some urging we were given another room on level 1 (there is no ground floor.) On day 2 our code didnt work to access hotel. Rang reception and they promised to ring back with another code. After sitting for some time on the pots on the footpath and hearing nothing back, I rang again and was given the new code.
